LuminaCraft presents the new catalogue and three new lamps
This spring we closed the workshop door for a few days and did something we rarely do: we looked at everything we have made, piece by piece, under one quiet light. The result is our new catalogue — a printed record of the collection as it stands today, and the first place where our three new lamps appear: Onda, Alba and Vela.
The catalogue
The catalogue gathers every piece we have released since our founding, arranged not by year but by the way light moves through a house — from the cold first hour of the morning to the last warm one at night. Each lamp is photographed as it lives: switched on, in a room, casting its own shadow. We printed it on heavy, uncoated paper, because light behaves differently on a matte surface. It stays where the lamp puts it. No gloss, no noise, nothing between the page and the form.
Three new lamps
All three began as drawings of a single gesture. Onda is a wave stopped mid-motion in hand-hammered copper; the hammer marks catch the light and return it to the wall as moving water. Alba is blown glass, turned slowly while it cools, so the amber gathers at the base and thins to almost nothing at the rim — a small dawn you can hold in your hands. Vela folds one sheet of painted metal around a hidden source, the way a sail folds the wind. What you see is the light, never the lamp.
- Onda — hand-hammered copper wall lamp; light crosses the wall like water.
- Alba — hand-blown amber glass table lamp; a gradient of first light.
- Vela — folded metal floor lamp; indirect light, shaped like wind.
The three new lamps continue the direction our workshop has followed since the beginning: form first, then light, then everything else. Each is assembled to order, by the same hands that build every piece in the catalogue, and each appears there in full — dimensions, materials, finishes, the small notes we usually keep for ourselves. The new catalogue is available through our showrooms and on request. Paper remembers. Light does the rest.
