Pleat 61 is a table lamp about light held in folds. Its shade, pleated and fringed, cuts the beam as it passes through, and what reaches the wall is a quiet field of shadows that shifts the moment you move. The emission is direct, the light close and warm.

Hand-folded, piece by piece

We shape every shade by hand, in natural or white varnished fibreglass. An untreated brass rod — or a nickel-plated one — rises from a black varnished metal base, and the contrast between the raw fringe and the fine metalwork is the whole point of the piece. A black cable and dimmer travel with it.

Three E27 LED bulbs, 8 W each, 2700 K, give the light its warmth. The dimmer remembers its last step. The rest belongs to the shadows.
