A nugget of light

Pebble 65 sits almost flush with a plasterboard ceiling, a small round shade in white painted aluminium holding a single LED behind a transparent cover. The light it gives is direct and gentle — 172 lumens at 2700K, CRI above 90 — enough to mark a path or gather around a detail without ever shouting.

Inside, the shade is lined with gold coloured leaf. That is where the small magic happens: light leaves the LED, touches the gold and returns warmer, softer, like a nugget found in a stream bed. We install them in groups and the ceiling turns into a field of quiet points.

The leaf is laid by hand, so no two interiors are quite the same. Installation is easy, the driver is not included and we supply it on request, and the fitting stays out of the way once it is in. Light, kept to its essence.
