Par 16
A sphere of dimpled glass
Par 16 carries a single sphere of transparent glass, blown so that its surface comes back covered in shallow dimples — a texture as playful as a golf ball. Behind it, a low-voltage COB LED rests in a brass joint. The light never leaves in a straight line: each hollow bends it, splits it, and sends it back to the wall as a soft, shifting field of shadow.
Master glassmakers blow each sphere for us by hand, so every one keeps its own pattern of dents, and no two shadows ever match. We set the glass on a metal base and structure, painted black or white, with brass at the joint — the metal stays quiet, the glass does the talking. The 9W board burns at 2700K with a CRI of 83, on a constant-current driver, dimmable by Triac.
Form is what light remembers.
