Lumen WF
The line, drawn once
Lumen WF is one disc, held flat against the wall. Its depth is barely a gesture: a shallow ring of colour that appears to float where it meets the plaster. Inside sits an LED module of very low profile, thin enough for us to keep the whole form slender, so the lamp is read first as a shape and only afterwards as a source of light.
The emission is direct and calm. Light leaves the disc in a soft circle at 2700K, close to candle-warmth, and settles on the wall around it as a gentle halo. Two discs side by side make a rhythm; a row along a corridor makes a sentence. Each one is finished by hand in black, copper, gold or white, and the surface receives the light differently in every version — matte and reserved in black, quietly burning in copper and gold.
The disc is formed and finished in our workshop, then fitted to a slim wall plate that keeps the wiring out of sight. What stays visible is only the circle. Form first. Light second. Everything else, hidden.
