Lumen F2 stands on a single metal rod and carries two thin aluminium discs, one above the other, like two lines drawn in the air. The LED board sits between them in an almost flat profile, so the whole lamp stays slender even when it is switched off. Light leaves the discs downward, direct and warm at 2700 K, and stops there; the rest of the room keeps its shadow.

Made by hand, disc by disc

Every disc is turned and finished in our workshop: varnished black or white, or laid with gold leaf and copper leaf by hand, which is why no two discs catch the light in quite the same way. The rods come in satin or gold, and the base, cable and dimmer are matched to the version you choose. Five combinations, one gesture.

A floor lamp should hold a corner without filling it. This one holds the line.
