Lumen F1 begins with a single gesture: a disc balanced on a slender rod, the way a line is drawn in one steady stroke. The disc holds an ultra-flat LED module, so the standing form stays thin and unhurried. Its light falls downward in a warm, softly bounded pool — direct, calm, and exactly as wide as the room asks it to be.

Hand-finished, one disc at a time

Each disc is turned from aluminium and finished by hand in our workshop: black lacquer, or genuine gold leaf, or copper leaf laid leaf by leaf. The rod, base, cable and dimmer are matched to the finish — satin or gold or black — so the whole lamp reads as one continuous line. We keep a dimmer in the cable because light should answer the hour. Form follows the hand.
