Juno Chandelier 15 20 24
Juno began with a request: an architect asked us for light above a long table. We answered with a constellation — fifteen, twenty or twenty-four pendants, each a coil of nickel-plated copper cradling a removable glass lens, hung at varied heights so the glow reaches every place setting.
Towards less
While drawing the cables we kept subtracting. What remained is a thread of blue textile, fine as a stitch, carrying current to each point. Seen from across the room, the light appears to float; only the blue thread hints at how. Direct, even, warm — light for a table and the people around it.
Each curl is shaped by hand, each base brushed in satin steel. The LEDs run at 24 volts, 2700 K, dimmable and replaceable one by one, so the piece ages gently and stays repairable. Form follows the table.
