A lamp that remembers

Cadence F grew out of a classic we first drew in 1989: a small round head of frosted glass, throwing one steady circle of light. We kept the essence of that form and let it stand taller — direct, warm, unhurried — so the glow rests exactly where the evening asks for it.

Every piece is worked entirely by hand in brass. The structure is turned and finished section by section; a deep black base holds it quietly to the floor. Brass never hides its making. It warms with use, darkens with the years, and keeps the trace of the hands that shaped it. A touch dimmer lets the light fall to a whisper.
